Manningtree railway station is on the Great Eastern Main Line (GEML) in the East of England, serving the town of Manningtree, Essex. It is down-line from London Liverpool Street and is situated between to the west and to the east. It is also the western terminus of the Mayflower Line, where the branch joins the GEML. The following station on the branch is . Manningtree's three-letter station code is MNG. The station is currently operated by Abellio Greater Anglia, which also runs all trains serving the station. ==History== The station was opened by the Eastern Union Railway in 1846 but rebuilt by the Great Eastern Railway in 1899–1901; this building survives. It was designed by W. N. Ashbee.
